Personal Coaching combined with Theta Healing is a simple yet powerful process that allows you to identify the root causes of recurring problems and clear them with ease.
As we can only allow ourselves to 'succeed' in line with the limits of our Self-Image, much coaching work questions who we perceive ourselves to be and looks at how we limit ourselves as well as how we want to grow and develop.
Moving beyond our conditioned Self-Image can be uncomfortable or even worrisome to begin with, but the soul urges us forward and coaching supports the transition by 'holding a vision' (as many writers and teachers have called it) to allow a new self-idea to take hold and strengthen.
As everyone is different and unique, coaching tends to be a non-linear process that takes on a life of its own and reveals its answers through the alchemy of the coaching relationship.
I work with a variety of techniques and systems including Jungian typology, dreams, the Enneagram and Tarot cards as well as conventional coaching tools such as the Wheel of Life in order to allow deeper layers of the self to be revealed and integrated.
